Leave me alone, mosquito!
A beautiful morning at Quakjeswater. Almost a bit autumn-ish. The sun just rising, morning damp, spiders in their web, and a few deer. Walking around here at this time is an incredible experience. All alone, just the sound of birds and other creatures crawling through the bushes.
Suddenly i hear a lot of noise in the distance and getting closer. I had just put my tripod in position for another image when two young deer ran along only two meters in front of me. They were clearly shocked and so was i (by all the noise they made). My camera was already in position on the tripod so i could not capture them. Wow. Everytime when i am here this time of day i saw one or two deer but never on such a short distance.
The images were taken with my BRAND NEW Carl Zeiss f2/100mm! Amazing lens.
When i returned home i discovered more than 20 mosquito bites. It will be a itchy weekend!

Beautiful photos! I like the one where you captured the sunrays the most!
